We put a lot of care into every ebook, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly, here's how we handle problems.

Try before you buy

Not sure if our style is right for you? Download one of our free sample workflows first — no payment needed. Every ebook page also lists all chapters and what you'll learn.

If something goes wrong

If a file won't open, is damaged, or you were charged but didn't receive access, email us within 7 days at support@n8nebooks.com with your order number. We'll fix it quickly — and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.

Change of mind

Once a file has been downloaded it can't be "returned", so we're unable to refund purchases simply for a change of mind. If you accidentally bought the same ebook twice, just let us know and we'll refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
