2. An AI Agent (gpt-4o-mini is enough) reads the message with a system prompt that explains your CRM.
3. The agent has Google Sheets tools: search leads, add a lead, update a field, flag for a call.
4. It replies on Telegram. If details are missing, it asks rather than saving blank rows.

A second trigger runs at 9 AM. AI reads yesterday's activity and today's tasks and sends a short briefing: new leads, hot leads waiting, follow-ups due, and anything that went wrong. It's the first thing many owners read every day.
